Ok, so the trivia didn't go over, or no body wanted to guess.
The picture was the Royal Standard flying b/c the Queen was in Residence. Probably the closest I will ever be to Her Majesty!
Chris drove us down to Stanmore where we caught the train down into London. We got off & walked to Buckingham Palace. Then we walked down the mall towards Trafalgar Square. After that, we continued on down the other way towards Big Ben. We rode the boat over to the Tower of London and went in there to see the Crown Jewels. Do you know how many diamonds are on Queen Elizabeth II's crown? I suppose I should leave that as another trivia question, but I will give the answer now. 2848! It was pretty cool to see all the jewels, check out all that BLING! Of course, it is the most secure place in the world, so no cameras allowed. But it was a nice site! From there we caught the train back home.
Thursday evening was bible study. Due to snow (again) there wasn't a big turnout, but we enjoyed our time together.
