Tuesday was a lovely time. We met Auntie Jean & Uncle Tony. This is my maternal grandfather's cousins...I think that is the correct relationship. I had visited with them in 2003 and it was fun to get together with them again. They were kind enough to drive us to Wootton, which is where my great grandfather's family home was. I took a picture of the house and the pond across the street where they ice skated. Of course, we did again have an interesting time with our transportation, but we do enjoy our journey.
On Wednesday, Stan & Paula drove us over to Hitchin. We had a cuppa at Starbucks and looked in a few shops there. Stan made a lovely leg of lamb for our supper. As far as I know, this is the first time that I have knowingly eaten lamb. In the evening, Tim & Richard came over & we played some Jenga.
